The papers must be original and high-quality to merit publication. A paper may be sent to be published in CSE only if it had not been published in another journal neither had been it submitted to any other journal simultaneity. Before reviewing process, all the papers are checked by iThenticate against plagiarism and the similarities up to 25% are acceptable (concerning accounts for the author names and references).
